Chicken breast 1.3 lbs (600 g) - sliced
Butter 1.4 oz (40 g)
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tsp (10 g)
Type 00 flour to taste
Whole milk 0.7 cup (170 g)

How to prepare Chicken breasts in milk
