INGREDIENTS

Ingredients (for about 22 fritters)
Zucchini 1.5 lbs (370 g)
Type 00 flour 2 cups (250 g)
Beer 5.5 oz (155 g) - cold
Water (155 g)
Grana Padano PDO cheese 1.8 oz (50 g)
Fine salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

How to prepare Crispy Zucchini Fritters

To prepare the crispy zucchini fritters, first pour the flour, Grana 1, and salt 2 into a bowl. Mix the dry ingredients with a spatula 3,
