How to prepare Easy stewed cod

To prepare the stewed cod, first peel the potatoes 1 and cut them into cubes of about 1 inch 2. Clean and finely slice the onion 3.

Cut the chili pepper in half 4. In a pan, heat the oil together with the crushed unpeeled garlic, the chili pepper 5, and the parsley stems 6.
