INGREDIENTS

Calamari (squid) 1.1 lbs (500 g) - (to clean)
Semolina ½ cup (100 g)
Type 00 flour 0.8 cup (100 g)

How to prepare Lime Fried Calamari

To prepare the lime fried calamari, pour the apple cider vinegar, wine 1, honey 2, and soy sauce 3 into a saucepan.
