To prepare the pan-seared sea bream fillets, chop the parsley 1 making sure to set aside the stems, peel the lemon to obtain the zest 2, finally wash and cut the cherry tomatoes in half 3.
In a very large pan, heat the oil with the garlic cloves, parsley stems 4, and lemon zest 5 over low heat for 5 minutes. After the time is up, increase the heat a bit and place the sea bream fillets skin side down 6.
As soon as they change color, after about 2 minutes, turn them over and continue cooking for another 2 minutes 7. When they are ready, place them on a plate 8 and cover them 9.
