INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for 8 skewers
Chicken breast 1.1 lbs (500 g)
Garlic 1 clove
Fine salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Hot Paprika 1 spoonful
Caienna pepper 1 spoonful
Honey 1 ½ tbsp (30 g)
Sesame seeds 2 tsp (10 g)
Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp (30 g)

How to prepare Spicy Chicken Skewers

To prepare the spicy chicken skewers, start by handling the meat. Take the chicken breast 1 and cut it first into strips and then into cubes of about 1 inch each side 2. Transfer them into a bowl and add the oil 3.

Salt, pepper 4, and add the spices: first the cayenne pepper 5 and then the paprika 6.
