Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Drumsticks
INGREDIENTS
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 7 cloves of garlic
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- BBQ sauce, as needed
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- Parsley, as needed
- Oil, as needed
- 1 container of sour cream
- 1 egg
- Paprika, as needed
- 5.3 oz (1 1/3 cup) breadcrumbs (150g)
- 5.3 oz (1 1/4 cup) all-purpose flour (150g)
PROCEDURE
- Take 6 chicken drumsticks, remove the skin and bones, and butterfly them. Place them in a baking dish.
- Mince the garlic and use it to cover the drumsticks, then season with salt, pepper, and BBQ sauce. Marinate well and let rest for 1 hour.
- Prepare a salad with onions, tomatoes, chopped garlic, and dress with oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix 1 egg with sour cream, paprika, and pepper. Dip the drumsticks first in the egg mixture and then in the breadcrumbs mixed with the flour.
- Cook in an air fryer for 15 minutes and serve.
