Baked pears with gorgonzola, walnuts, and honey
INGREDIENTS
- 2 pears
- 1 teaspoon Gorgonzola cheese per pear half
- Thyme-infused butter
- Crushed walnuts
- Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the pears in half and remove the core.
- Place 1 teaspoon of Gorgonzola cheese on each pear half.
- Spread thyme-infused butter over each pear.
- Bake the pears at 365°F (185°C) for 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey before serving.
