Baked pears with gorgonzola, walnuts, and honey

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pears
  • 1 teaspoon Gorgonzola cheese per pear half
  • Thyme-infused butter
  • Crushed walnuts
  • Honey

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Cut the pears in half and remove the core.
  • Place 1 teaspoon of Gorgonzola cheese on each pear half.
  • Spread thyme-infused butter over each pear.
  • Bake the pears at 365°F (185°C) for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and top with crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey before serving.
