Cabbage Patties with Avocado Dip Sauce

Ingredients
- For the patties:
- 1 cabbage head
 - 1 red bell pepper
 - 1 carrot
 - 1/2 red onion
 - Salt to taste
 - Pepper to taste
 - Crushed garlic
 - 3 eggs
 - 1 tablespoon paprika
 - Parsley
 - 1 tablespoon flour
 
- For the sauce:
- 1 avocado
 - 100g yogurt (6 1/2 tablespoons)
 - 1/2 onion
 - 1 garlic clove
 - Salt to taste
 - Juice of 1/2 lemon
 
Procedure
Finely slice the cabbage and blanch in boiling water for 2 minutes. Dice the vegetables and sauté in a pan with oil and garlic. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and combine with the cabbage, sautéed vegetables, parsley, salt, pepper, flour, and paprika. Mix and shape the mixture into patties using a spoon. Fry in a pan with hot oil. Prepare the sauce by blending all the ingredients together and serve!
