Chocolate and Peanut Cake Pops
Ingredients
- 250g (8.8 oz) peanuts
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 100g (3.5 oz) Hazelnut cream
- For the glaze:
- 200g (7 oz) Dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Procedure
Blend the peanuts, add the cream, cocoa, create pralines.
Dip them in the melted chocolate glaze over a double boiler with oil, and let them rest in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
