Easy Turkey Ham & Cheese Fritters
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (200 grams)
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (150 grams)
- 1.75 oz turkey ham, diced (50 grams)
- 0.7 oz cheese, diced (20 grams)
- 3.5 oz Greek feta cheese, crumbled (100 grams)
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure
- In a large bowl, mix the egg with the Greek yogurt.
- Add the flour, a pinch of salt and pepper, and mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Fold in the diced turkey ham, diced cheese, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Add the chopped parsley and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Put the batter into a piping bag and form 6 long fritters in the skillet.
- Cook each fritter for about 5 minutes per side until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve hot.
