Hazelnut Cream Filled Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 7 oz hazelnut cream (200g)
- 3.5 oz flour (100g)
- 1 egg
- Additional hazelnut cream for filling
- Hazelnuts for garnish
PROCEDURE
Mix the egg with the hazelnut cream until well combined.
Gradually add the flour to create a soft dough.
Let the dough rest. Then, divide it into equal parts and roll into balls.
Place the balls on a baking sheet, spaced apart. Use a stamp to create small ridges on the surface and form a well in the center of each ball.
Bake in an oven preheated to 355°F (180°C) for 12 minutes.
Once cooled, dust with cocoa powder and fill with hazelnut cream and garnish with hazelnuts.
