Lemon Spaghetti with Red Shrimp and Zucchini Flowers
Ingredients
? 3 ½ cups (400 g) spaghetti
? 2 cups (300 g) shrimp
? 6 zucchini flowers
? 2 cloves garlic
? 2 lemons (juice and zest)
? Extra virgin olive oil
? Parsley
? Salt
? Pepper
Instructions
- Shrimp: Clean the shrimp.
- Zucchini Flowers: Wash the zucchini flowers and cut them into strips.
- Pasta: Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
- Sauce: Heat the olive oil in a pan, add garlic, then shrimp and zucchini flowers, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Lemon: Add lemon juice and zest.
- Assembly: Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce.
- Seasoning: Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve immediately.
