Lemon Spaghetti with Red Shrimp and Zucchini Flowers

Ingredients

?      3 ½ cups (400 g) spaghetti

?      2 cups (300 g) shrimp

?      6 zucchini flowers

?      2 cloves garlic

?      2 lemons (juice and zest)

?      Extra virgin olive oil

?      Parsley

?      Salt

?      Pepper

Instructions

  1. Shrimp: Clean the shrimp.
  2. Zucchini Flowers: Wash the zucchini flowers and cut them into strips.
  3. Pasta: Cook the spaghetti in salted water.
  4. Sauce: Heat the olive oil in a pan, add garlic, then shrimp and zucchini flowers, cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Lemon: Add lemon juice and zest.
  6. Assembly: Drain the spaghetti and add it to the sauce.
  7. Seasoning: Add salt, pepper, and parsley. Serve immediately.
