Stuffed Meatballs with Salad and Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 1.1 lbs (500g) of ground meat
- 1 onion, chopped (sautéed in oil)
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs or panko
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Curry powder to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- 1/2 cup (about 120ml) of milk
For the Filling:
- Green salad
- Diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of sour cream for each meatball
- 3.5 ounces (100g) of grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
