Young chef Daniele Resconi has managed to turn his passion into a profession. At just 25 years old, he boasts a rich resume of significant collaborations in renowned kitchens such as Il Circolino, Marchesi 1824, and Campari Group, where he honed his technique and developed his own culinary style. Daniele enjoys engaging his followers with his cooking style and delights in giving a modern twist to traditional dishes, using contemporary cooking techniques and captivating plating. He also has a great love for music, Latin American dance, and fitness; staying in shape is important to him, but there's always room for a treat... the trick is not to overindulge and to know how to balance! In 2024, he published his first recipe book, "Il Bello della Cucina."
