Leaving from Florence with his mother and grandmother, Daniele Rossi began showing his love for cooking within his family since he was young, eventually working in the kitchens of international and Michelin-starred restaurants. Six years ago, he opened his social media profiles to share his culinary vision: modern and refined yet firmly rooted in tradition and using sought-after ingredients. In 2022, he published his first book "Uno chef per amico," aiming to help people cook at home with the advice of a professional chef. The following year, he released his second recipe book, "Sarà come una volta," containing his recipes, memories, and experiences.
