Currently the Executive Chef at Alain Ducasse’s Benoit in New York, he began his journey in the United States as sous-chef at Alain’s renowned bistro in Midtown (NYC). He previously worked at Davide Oldani’s D’O and in various kitchens in Paris. He is recognized as one of the most promising Italian chefs, thanks to his ability to combine high-quality ingredients with international cuisine recipes.
