Davide Civitiello
Passion, talent, and, not least, generosity. Davide Civitiello is a blend of many qualities, including these three: a master of Neapolitan pizza who started young, at around nine years old, at the pizzeria "Da Gennaro" in Naples. He has grown steadily in this craft, which is his life, culminating in his victory in the 12th edition of the World Pizza Championship "Trofeo Caputo" in 2013. His extraordinary skill and sensitivity with dough are shared not only with the customers of Rossopomodoro, where he is an icon and head pizza chef for all locations in Italy and beyond, but also through training courses to continue the tradition of true Neapolitan pizza.
