Stefano Ferraro
A return journey to Italy, marked by talent and sweetness, undertaken by the young pastry chef Stefano Ferraro. With Piedmontese origins and great talent, Stefano came from the renowned Michelin-starred restaurant "Noma" in Copenhagen to Milan, where he opened a North European-style café in 2021: Loste Café (together with his partner Lorenzo Cioli). Here, you can taste his legendary cinnamon rolls, delicious pain au chocolat, cruffins, and other slowly leavened delights while sipping coffee from a unique blend. Great and sweet promises from a young man of great talent, with courteous and discreet manners.
