Chef Riccardo Orfino's culinary journey began with a strong family influence, leading him to attend the Hotel Institute in Castelfranco
Veneto at just 14. After completing culinary school, he embarked on a remarkable career, working at renowned Italian restaurants like Il Luogo di Aimo e Nadia and managing the first Bistrot of Aimo and Nadia in Milan, under the supervision of Chefs Fabio Pisani and Alessandro Negrini. At the age of 27, he moved to New York, where he contributed to Eataly's Osteria della Pace and La Pecora Bianca. In April 2019, he realized his dream by opening his first restaurant, Osteria57 in partnership with restaurateur Emanuele Nigro. Subsequently, he expanded his culinary portfolio with Alice Restaurant in 2020, Pamina Dolce & Gelato in 2023, and the upcoming marketplace and restaurant, Travelers, Poets and Friends.
