Enrico Cerea

His name is Enrico, but everyone now knows him as Chicco. With three Michelin stars, he is the Executive Chef of the restaurant "Da Vittorio" in Brusaporto, in the province of Bergamo. As a child, he dreamed of becoming a veterinarian, but his love for animals soon turned into a passion for cooking. Cheerful and always seeking new ideas both in and out of the kitchen, he is called "wandering traveler" by his mother Bruna, the matriarch of the family along with his father Vittorio. His early career was anything but static. He traveled to some of the most beautiful restaurants in Paris, Munich, Spain, and the United States. He also spent time in Rome with Heinz Winkler. Roaming the globe has made Chicco an attentive connoisseur of the most diverse raw materials. His curiosity has driven him to continuously innovate, without ever forgetting the solid foundations taught by his parents.
