Chef Gianni Tarabini's passion for cooking began in his family's hotel and led him to manage La Preséf, a Michelin-starred restaurant located within the La Fiorida agriturismo in the province of Sondrio. After honing his craft in several prestigious kitchens, including that of Massimo Bottura, Gianni Tarabini decided to return to his native Valtellina to showcase regional dishes, reinterpreting the traditional flavors and aromas. His menu strictly features fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers or the agriturismo itself, and offers an ever-evolving selection.
