Aurora Mazzucchelli, chef of the Marconi restaurant in the Bolognese Apennines, has always had cooking in her blood: the daughter of a chef father and a pasta-making mother, she grew up in her parents' restaurant, which she later took over with her brother Massimo. Awarded a Michelin star, Aurora Mazzucchelli is dedicated to creative and contemporary cuisine, which always keeps an eye on local and traditional products.
