Roberto Valbuzzi
Chef, restaurateur, farmer: Roberto Valbuzzi is a young chef born in 1989 in Varese. He is also a television personality and consultant for important entities in the food industry. Definitely a "not ordinary chef," as he likes to define himself, he inherited a love for good food and local products from his parents and grandparents. His family history is closely intertwined with that of Crotto Valtellina, the family restaurant located in the province of Varese, and with his grandparents' farm, which supplies the restaurant with genuine products. On TV, he has been a regular guest on shows on Canale 5, Sky, and Rai (La Prova del Cuoco with Antonella Clerici). He has traveled the world to promote Made in Italy and was selected along with nine other Italian chefs, all Michelin-starred, for one of the most important international food competitions, "Greatest Chef of Chef of China." Each of the chef's creations follows traditions and seasonality, fully respecting natural cycles. His first book, published by Rai Eri, is titled "Tutti Frutti" and offers healthy, tasty, colorful, and seasonal menus featuring fruit from appetizers to desserts.
