Felice Lo Basso
Felice Lo Basso is a renowned Italian chef with Apulian origins. Born in Molfetta in 1973, he later moved to various parts of Italy and abroad to complete his apprenticeship in several gourmet restaurants. In 2011, he received his first Michelin star, and after various ventures, he opened the Felix Lo Basso Restaurant in Milan in 2016. Then, in 2018, he opened another restaurant in Trani, and both restaurants quickly received Michelin star recognition. In 2020, he focused on a new concept and opened the Felix Lo Basso Home&Restaurant in Milan, an intimate and homely setting with only 12 seats, designed to remove barriers between the guest and the chef.
