We can say that Solaika Marrocco's passion for cooking is truly innate: since she was a child, she sought to learn the skillful gestures of her mother, who cooked for the whole family. A love that saw talent combined with education: after attending the Hotel Institute of Santa Cesarea, in the province of Lecce, she began her journey that led her to become the chef of Primo Restaurant, a restaurant in Lecce that in 2022 earned the prestigious Michelin star.
