Gong Oriental Attitude is a fine dining Oriental cuisine restaurant in the center of Milan, owned by Chinese-born entrepreneur Giulia Liu. Leading the kitchen team is Executive Chef Guglielmo Paolucci. Born in Rome in 1984, Paolucci's most significant experiences include two years as chef de partie at Il Pellicano alongside two-Michelin-starred Antonio Guida, a year with Michelin-starred Michelino Gioia at La Posta Vecchia, and a year as sous chef for Michelin-starred Damiano Nigro at Villa d’Amelia. Passionate about travel and Oriental culture, he skillfully interprets all the flavors and ingredients that make the East exceptional.
