Alessandro Negrini, a 2 Michelin-starred chef, along with Fabio Pisani, is the creative soul behind Luogo di Aimo e Nadia, a Milanese restaurant that has made history in Italian haute cuisine. Hailing from Caspoggio in Valmalenco (Lombardy), Alessandro was raised with a reverence for high-quality ingredients, which he personally selects from small local producers. His cuisine is a blend of genuine flavors, which remain clear and distinct on the plate. Among the restaurant's most beloved creations are the Spaghettoni with Tropea spring onion, where the onion is stewed until creamy, and the Tiramisud, a unique Tiramisu made with lemon-infused ricotta cream, cubes of bergamot, and desalted Pantelleria capers sweetened with heather honey.
