Sal De Riso
He brings with him all the warmth, energy, and sunshine of the Amalfi Coast. Sal De Riso, hailing from Minori, in the province of Salerno, is one of Italy's most well-known Master Pastry Chefs and is famous for some of his creations that have become taste icons, such as the legendary "Ricotta and pears," two discs of hazelnut sponge cake from Giffoni enclosing a soft cream made from Tramonti ricotta and cubes of candied pears. Among his flagship creations is also the "Delizia al Limone," fluffy domes of sponge cake filled with a delicious lemon cream. He is also considered one of the best artisans of panettone: in addition to the traditional one, you must try the one with candied lemons from Amalfi IGP and limoncello cream, to bring the sunshine of the Coast to the table even in the cold months!
