Matias Perdomo

Chef Matias Perdomo was born in Uruguay in 1980. After various experiences, he arrived in Milan, first in the kitchen of the historic Pont De Ferr and then at the Michelin-starred restaurant Contraste, of which he is a co-owner. His creativity merges with tradition and is expressed in playful and innovative dishes, tied to the past yet simultaneously looking toward the future.
